In 2025, more than 600 women took part in The Big Survey, creating one of the most comprehensive snapshots of women's experiences in the UK events industry.
The findings sparked important conversations around safety, wellbeing, career progression, representation and workplace culture, while helping identify key areas where further action is needed.

looking ahead
The Big Survey 2026 is currently being developed in collaboration with industry leaders, subject matter experts and advocates from across the events sector.
This year, we're aiming to reach more women, gather richer data and create practical recommendations that support positive change across our industry. With a particular focus on safety, inclusion and workplace culture, the survey aligns with wider national conversations around Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and the role our industry can play in driving meaningful change.
Our goal is simple: to ensure the voices of women working in events are heard, understood and translated into action.
